Jelly Roll Soul cohort Jamie Alexander makes his production debut with the Scottish party crews second release. The aptly named The Stutterer, opens proceedings, rocking a stunted, Pittman-like groove whilst B1 The Growler furrows a more subterranean path - all dark grubby beats, disembodied voices and a menacing bass line. Closing track The Dreamer contrasts neatly, with a more wistful and err dreamy vibe.
